Emily was very easy to work with. She worked with our schedule to view houses (even very early in the morning!) and she answered all our questions patiently and knowledgeably. My Expectations were exceeded by Emily. She was prepared & always on-the-ball. This was her 1st Sale in Mountain Home, but she clearly performed research on this city & I'm very satisfied with my purchase. Upon Inspection, Kitchen Faucet leaked H2O & a few Windows were not 100% sealed; however, Emily was on this instantly & negotiated a new deal. Emily even assisted with getting paperwork to my Lender & Title Company and was there @ Closing to ensure everything was copacetic.
